Advises the commander and staff on all small business program matters. In conjunction with the Air Force Small Business Program Office, develops the command Small Business Program Plan and command program regulatory policy/guidance. Accomplishes early acquisition strategy involvement, market research assistance, and training. Maintains an outreach program by participating in government/industry conferences and serving on various small business councils and committees. Provides assistance and training to the small business community.
