Represents the Commander by leading personnel in the management of Air Force and multi-service OT&E. In the absence of the Commander, directs the efficient accomplishment of the AFOTEC mission, providing OT&E information to the CSAF, SECAF, and OSD. Principal advisor to the Commander on policy, procedures and strategic planning. Is designated as the Business Management Owner. Provides guidance and direction to the staff on planning, directing, controlling, evaluation, and reporting OT&E. Resource manager for Center's annual budget authority.
