Col. Jimmy R. Clark received the 2007 Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center Commander’s Trophy. Colonel Clark is the Commander at AFOTEC’s Detachment 6 at Nellis AFB, Nev. The AFOTEC Commander’s Trophy recognizes superior leadership and achievement at the senior level, to include Detachment Commanders, Directors, and 0-6 civilian equivalents.
