A-4/7 serves as the AFOTEC's focal point for logistics, facilities, and procurement support functions. A-4/7 monitors resource portfolios contracts, procurements and facilities while identifying the appropriate level of risk. The directorate acts as the focal point for the coordination of contract management and logistics and facility operations directly supporting the AFOTEC enterprise.
