Mr. Stuart L. Butts is the 2007 Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center Civilian Senior Program Manager of the Year. Butts is also an Air Force Outstanding Scientist, Engineer, and Education Award winner as AFOTEC’s Senior Civilian Outstanding Engineer. He is assigned to AFOTEC’s Detachment 6 at Nellis AFB, Nev.
