Victor Arca, 28th Test and Evaluation Squadron senior test engineer, and Gabriel Intano, Army Public Health Center microbiologist, collect data while performing testing on a Portable Bio-Containment Module loaded onto a C-17 Globemaster III at Joint Base Charleston S.C., April 15, 2020.
