Manager, ICBM & NC3 Cybersecurity (TSgt) - Detachment 3, Hill AFB, Utah 

Leads Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) early influence and initial test design activities on the Sentinel ICBM program and various NC3 “cyber dependent” programs. Evaluates reliability, maintainability, and availability in accordance with DoD/AF Instruction and DOT&E guidance.  Examines system design, maintenance approach and operating characteristics, drawing comparisons to acquisition requirements and war fighter needs. Plans necessary test resources (Cyber Blue and Red teams) and develops schedules for execution of operational test events within the scope of the integrated development/operational testing concept. Plans and executes periodic reports, operational assessments and evaluations, compiles and analyzes collected test data, and writes AFOTEC reports to support various system acquisition decisions. Works the NC3 programs of Integrated Strategic Planning and Analysis Network Increment 5 (ISPAN Inc 5) and Nuclear Planning and Execution System (NPES) but may also support other Detachment 3 programs such as:  Sentinel ICBM and the Mk21A programs. 

Test Director (MSgt) - Detachment 2, Eglin AFB, Florida 

Orchestrates suitability/logistic analysis of system capabilities; reports results to OSD, Air Staff, MAJCOMs and joint services. Manages test personnel and funding; chairs working groups, coordinates IOT&E charters and schedules, budget, and support assets. Develops operationally realistic test scenarios to appraise mission capabilities against DoD and AF-mandated systems requirements.  

Program Manager (TSgt) - Detachment 5, Edwards AFB, California 

Provides C4I expertise in planning and execution of operational suitability testing for multi-classified systems that employ air and/or ground network infrastructures.  Evaluates reliability, maintainability, and availability in accordance with DoD/AF Instruction and DOT&E guidance.  Examines system design, maintenance approach and operating characteristics, drawing comparisons to acquisition requirements and war fighter needs.  Works closely with contractors, developmental testers, and Program Office personnel through AFOTEC early involvement efforts.  Plans necessary test resources and develops schedules for execution of operational test events within the scope of the integrated development/operational testing concept.  Plans and executes operational assessments and evaluations, compiles and analyzes collected test data, and writes AFOTEC reports to support various system acquisition decisions.  Work the new SAOC (E-4B replacement), ABMS, and Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) programs, but may also support other Detachment 5 programs such as:  AWACS, bombers, and mobility programs.   

Superintendent, Communication & Information (MSgt) - HQ AFOTEC, Kirtland AFB, New Mexico 

Provides A6 Director leadership and management in organizing, equipping, and training A6 personnel. Manage and direct resources activities as well as interpret and enforce policies and applicable directives. Recommend or initiate action to improve organization effectiveness and efficiency. Resolve issues between subordinates, directorates, and outside agencies. Perform other duties directed by the A6 Director

NCOIC, System Administration (TSgt) - Detachment 6, Nellis AFB, Las Vegas, Nevada 

Performs cyber system configuration, management, and troubleshooting functions for a 90-person Operational Test and Evaluation organization. Manages cyber system analysis and design, programming, systems operation and maintenance, resource management and security management. Directs activities for installing, maintaining, repairing, overhauling, deploying, and modifying cyberspace systems and equipment platforms to include:  voice, data, video client devices and network infrastructure systems, intrusion detection, telemetry and cryptographic. In addition, manages and directs network and electronic warfare operations by performing duties to develop, sustain, and enhance network and electromagnetic capabilities to defend cyber systems from attack and to create effects in the cyberspace domain.   

NCOIC, Ground Segment Modernization Program Suitability (TSgt) - Detachment 5, Edwards AFB, California

OL-HF Information Systems Lead (TSgt) - Detachment 5, Operation Location-Hurlburt Field (OL-HF), Florida 

Provides C4I expertise in planning and execution of operational suitability testing for multi-classified systems that employ air and/or ground network infrastructures.  Performs system configurations, management, and troubleshooting and removal and replacement of components and peripherals to restore system operation.  Installs and configures operating systems and software applications. Provides technical service to end-users for operation, restoration, and configuration of information systems, reports security incidents and executes corrective security protocols and procedures.  Configures TACLANE and video teleconferencing for both unclassified and classified systems. Evaluates reliability, maintainability, and availability in accordance with DoD/AF Instruction and DOT&E guidance.  Examines system design, maintenance approach and operating characteristics, drawing comparisons to acquisition requirements and warfighter needs. Info Test Operations Technician (TSgt) - Detachment 5, Edwards AFB, California 

Performs in a high paced work environment with client-level information technology support functions and management of hardware and software. Performs system configurations, management, and troubleshooting and removal and replacement of components and peripherals to restore system operation.  Installs and configures operating systems and software applications. Provides technical service to end-users for operation, restoration, and configuration of information systems, reports security incidents and executes corrective security protocols and procedures.  Configures TACLANE and video teleconferencing for both classified and unclassified systems. Maintains both SAP and SCI networks.  Works with IAO express or DRA for account creations, and Microsoft suite. Works directly with contract representatives from defense contractors and subcontractors. 

Section Chief, IT (MSgt) - Detachment 5, Edwards AFB, California 

 Leads 7- member section employ tech solutions and maintains, configures, and troubleshoots $414M worth of IT assets across 5 networks.  Administers, processes, accelerates user accounts, and system/network access requests for 3 units on 4 classifications.  Manages building operations, ensuring accountability for $1.4M in infrastructure and equipment.  Directs, coordinates, and executes network/infrastructure services for 21 acquisition programs worth $190B across 3 detachments and 4 geographically separated units. 

Section Chief, SAP IT Systems (TSgt) - Detachment 2, Eglin AFB, Florida 

Leads Information Technology support team; manages data access for 60 Special Access Programs (SAP). Executes Communications Security (COMSEC) officer duties and secures equipment for Operational Test & Evaluation (OT&E) communications. Additionally fulfilling the Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) role; leads network security operations for unit and $2M SAP Facility (SAPF). Applies Risk Management Fundamentals (RMF) to develop & maintain systems plans & Authority to Operate (ATO). 

Test Analyst (MSgt) - Detachment 2, Eglin AFB, Florida 

Leads the cybersecurity portion of the operational test and evaluation (OT&E) planning and execution process; drives the planning, resourcing, executing, assessment/analysis and reporting of operational cybersecurity tests/assessments for current and emerging munition/weapon systems, C2 systems (Kessel Run/Level UP), combat support systems and enterprise information systems (server based systems).  Conducts/leads Functional Mission Analysis for Cyber/STPA-Sec on platform IT and weapons systems in order to produce targeted mission planning scenarios with the goal to adequately assess the cybersecurity posture of various Air Force and DoD systems, which includes assessing the DCO posture (Mission Defense Teams’ ability to defend their Platform IT/networks) using NSA certified OCO organizations.  Creates realistic operational test scenarios, data requirements, oversees Blue Team/Red Team operations, performs cybersecurity assessments, and authors reports and various cybersecurity judgments. Prepares and presents test and evaluation results briefings and publishes final reports. Works in parallel with/leads test engineers for a full spectrum system analysis. 

Cyber Mission Planner/Assessor (TSgt) - Detachment 2, Eglin AFB, Florida 

Cybersecurity analyst; plans, executes, analyzes and reports for 6 Air Force Enterprise programs valued over $11.5B. Provides independent reports to CSAF, HQ USAF, user commands and centers to inform AF/DoD fielding decisions. Designs far-reaching, complex cyber test events; adapts warfighter requirements into operationally realistic scenarios. Assesses Joint Command & Control and weapon system abilities to protect, detect, react, & recover from cyber attacks

Section Chief, Service Center (TSgt) - Detachment 2, Eglin AFB, Florida 

Communications Information expert for the AF Operational Test and Evaluation Center, Detachment 2.  Supports personnel in the testing of 50 plus acquisition programs worth over $43B as member of cyber support team.  Performs system resource management in support of laptops and workstations and peripherals in 3 locations.  Manages computer and user accounts as NIPRnet and SIPRnet admin.  Ensures continuing systems operability by providing ongoing optimization and problem-solving support. Applies computer security policies to safeguard systems and information.  Uses network applications to assign individuals to security groups. Develops/recommends client systems technical solutions. Interfaces daily with end users on common Standard Desktop Configuration application issues for resolution. 

NCOIC, Network Operations (TSgt) - Detachment 6, Nellis AFB, Las Vegas, Nevada 

Performs network infrastructure configuration, management, and troubleshooting functions for the Air Force Test and Evaluation Center's fighter test programs (F-35, F-22, F-15) consisting of 90 personnel. Manages network design, programming, operation, maintenance, cable termination, and resource/security management. Directs guidance for installing, maintaining, overhauling, deploying, and modifying network platforms to include: voice, data, Video Teleconferencing (VTC), and cryptographic equipment. In addition, performs duties in electronic warfare operations to sustain and enhance network capabilities to defend cyber systems from attack and to create effects in the cyberspace domain. 

NCOIC, Cyber Plans and Resources (MSgt) - Detachment 6, Nellis AFB, Las Vegas, Nevada 

Supports Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center’s fighter test programs at Nellis AFB.   Leads unit Cyber Operations section.  Directs tasks, supervises and mentors personnel in three cyber AFSCs.  Performs cyber operations support for 90 detachment personnel testing F-22, F-15E, F-15C/D and F-16 acquisition programs.  Enforces Information Assurance standards.  Validates access, software requirements, virus controls and security patches.  Supports test teams in set up, operation, restoration and configuration of Information Technology systems as well as leads the CST department in maintaining 90+ workstations and network interface for the continued test operations.

Senior Enlisted Leader, Comm Support Center (MSgt) - HQ AFOTEC, Kirtland AFB, New Mexico 

Serves as the senior enlisted member for the directorate. Represents the A6 Director. Communicates the director’s goals and direction to the enlisted and civilian workforce. Represent the enlisted personnel’s view and concerns to the director. Ensure personnel are trained and have required tools necessary to accomplish the mission. Provides vital leadership and management experience regarding organizing, equipping, training, and mobilizing to meet home station and expeditionary mission requirements and advocates for future resources and evolving mission requirements.  

Program Manager, Cyber Systems (MSgt) - HQ AFOTEC, Kirtland AFB, New Mexico 

Champions geographically separated Operational Test (OT) team equities at AFOTEC/HQ and with key external stakeholders from AFLCMC, HAF, OSD and others.  Represents AFOTEC at key strategic meetings and collaborates with test teams to resolve OT issues at lowest level possible.  Manages OT schedules across multiple air force acquisition programs, adjusts OT requirements to program office needs, and makes sound recommendations to integrate operational test teams with fast changing acquisitions.  Maintains AFOTEC staff director and senior leader awareness of progress and challenges. Programs supported span many functional areas; operational medicine, crisis and action planning, personnel and pay, and joint cyber operations totaling over $8 billion in total acquisition costs.
