Sentinel
The Air Force’s LGM-35A Sentinel (formerly Ground Based Strategic Deterrent or GBSD) weapon system is a complete modernization of the land-based leg of the U.S. nuclear triad. AFOTEC provided key insight into codes and crypto process as the mission threat lead for GBSD codes/crypto. Informed prime design on current AF COMSEC processes and procedures to ensure compatibility with AFI 17-130. Key members in a AETC WG was charged with coming up with training requirements for all 1D7 career fields that will be support GBSD in the future. It was crucial in highlighting the difference between each 1D7 shred and the expertise they come with to any unit, versus what will be needed to develop ICBM specific training.

Global Aircrew Survivable Network Terminal (GASNT)
Performed Det's first ever System-Theoretic Process Analysis for Security (STPA-SEC)/ Functional Mission Analysis for Cyber (FMA-C) on program to pioneer how cyber measures are created and assess for cyber OT across the command. Coordinates with 47th Cyber Test Squadron in test planning and execution of blue team assessment
