Manager, Munitions Program (MSgt) - Detachment 2, Eglin AFB, Florida 

Roles & Responsibilities: Munitions subject matter expert; designs, leads, executes & reports Operational Test & Evaluation (OT&E) test events. Evaluates suitability/effectiveness of FMU-139D/B & CMBRE weapon programs & Rapid Dragon experimental weapon system. Provides independent test reports to CSAF, HQ USAF, user commands, and centers to inform vital fielding decisions. 

Program Manager, Munitions Systems (MSgt) - HQ AFOTEC, Kirtland AFB, New Mexico 

Roles & Responsibilities: Manages Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) early influence and initial test design activities.  Supports OT&E planning, execution, and reporting of AF and multi-service acquisition programs to determine effectiveness, suitability and mission capability.  Represents AFOTEC at HAF led high performance teams to refine requirements and inject OT&E philosophy.  Directly coordinates with acquisitions and the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) leadership.  Develops relevant OT&E strategies with multi-service, HAF, MAJCOM and acquisition community participation.  Resolves program OT&E issues. 

Armament ILSM (MSgt) - Detachment 2, Eglin AFB, Florida 

Roles & Responsibilities: Formulates, leads, & executes Operational Test & Evaluations OT&E); reports results to senior acquisition decision-makers. Evals E&S of Long Range Stand-Off (LRSO) & Common Munitions Built-in Test Reprogramming (CMBRE SLEP). Identifies & resolves aircraft & weapon employment operational impact issues to meet the needs of future warfighters. Manages logistic requirements for $35M OT&E system and collaborates with multiple agencies and departments. 

Armament ILSM (MSgt) - Detachment 2, Eglin AFB, Florida 

Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for Operational Test and Evaluation planning and execution for various munitions programs on multiple aircraft. Manages weapons logistics test requirements; validates AIM-9X II, AIM-120D SIP, FMU-139D/B, ARRW suitability measures. Provides subject matter expertise and works closely with contractors, developmental testers, MDS Program Offices and Joint Program Office personnel through AFOTEC early involvement efforts.  Authors test plans, schedules and coordinates test resources and ultimately leads test planning events within the scope of the integrated development/operational testing concept.  Plans and executes Operational Assessments and Multi-service Operational Test and Evaluations, compiles and evaluates collected test data and published CONOPS, writes reports to support effectiveness, suitability and mission capability assessments in support of Senior Leaders making DoD acquisition decisions. 

Manager, Nuclear Weapons Logistics (MSgt) - Detachment 2, Eglin AFB, Florida 

Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for Operational Test and Evaluation planning and execution of Air Armament test programs.  Works closely with contractors, developmental testers, and Joint Program Office personnel through AFOTEC early involvement efforts.  Uses subject matter expertise to author test plans, schedules and coordinate test resources; leads test planning events within the scope of the integrated development/operational testing concept.  Plans and executes Operational Assessments and Multi-service Operational Test and Evaluations, compiles collected test data, evaluates data using subject matter expertise and published CONOPS, and writes reports to support effectiveness, suitability and mission capability assessments in support of various security system acquisition decisions.
