Acquisition Intelligence Analyst assisting the Senior Intelligence Officer with oversight of operational test planning, resourcing, execution and reporting based on an operationally representative threat environment.  Provides recommended adversary threats for systems under test; reviews test plans, reports and final test procedures; and identifies intelligence related test capability shortfalls and/or threat limitations.  Will act as primary HQ expert on space intelligence and threat related issues to space.  May provide traditional and cyber intelligence as needed. Responsible for prioritizing and projecting threats that will affect programs at Initial Operating Capability (IOC) and IOC+10. Provide input to AFOTEC’s Foreign Materiel Program impacting AF-level collection priorities regarding foreign weapons systems, tactics and relevant technologies. 

Manager, Operational Test Intel (TSgt) - Detachment 6, Nellis AFB, Nevada 

Establishes and refines production and integration of all-source intelligence in support of fighter aircraft Det 6 Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center (AFOTEC) operational test initiatives.  Ensures operational tests are planned, resourced, conducted and reported based on operationally realistic threat environments.  Provides scenario intelligence, training and real-time expertise during test event execution.  Reviews, coordinates and provides input to all intelligence related test documentation and comments on the validity of test results and conclusions.  Evaluates test plans, reports and final test reports for intelligence related test capability shortfalls and/or limitations.  Acts as the detachment expert on intelligence and threat related issues such as foreign weapon systems, tactics and relevant technologies and develops specific, real-world scenarios in support of operational test of fighter aircraft.  Assesses potential impact of foreign weapon systems and related technologies, as well as tactics on current and projected operational test programs and capabilities.   

NCOIC, Intelligence Operations (TSgt) - Detachment 2, Eglin AFB, Florida 

Executes all-source Intel research & analysis for Geographically Separated Unit; disseminating Intel products to AFOTEC Det 2 senior leaders. Provides intel for over 50 Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) programs worth $45 billion critical to MAJCOM fielding decisions. Develops & standardizes OT&E threat adversary knowledge f/108 personnel/25 AFSCs IAW National Security Strategy. Creates & disseminates tailored full spectrum Current Intel Briefs with a strategic focus on Research & Development advancing senior leadership PIRs

This position supports several geographically separated detachments, having potential for multiple TDYs. May provide space and cyber intelligence as needed. Responsible for prioritizing and projecting threats that will affect programs at Initial Operating Capability (IOC) and IOC+10. NCOIC, DCGS Effectiveness (MSgt)– Detachment 5, Edwards AFB, California (Kocher) 

Lead intel effectiveness expert for RQ-4 Global Hawk, MQ-9 Reaper, and Distributed Common Ground Systems (DCGS) test programs. Responsible for operational testing of major aircraft acquisitions, modifications, and enhancements.  Brings 1N271A field expertise in tasking, collection, processing, and exploitation of airborne signal intelligence (SIGINT) systems on Global Hawk, MQ-1/9, and/or U-2 aircraft. Performs test analysis and validation of SIGINT intelligence processes and procedures for fielding newly developed sensor systems.   As part of an AFOTEC operational test and evaluation test team, assists to develop effectiveness and suitability evaluation methods to support OT&E of military Remotely Piloted Aircraft systems, manned aircraft and their architectures.  Interfaces with program offices, MAJCOM test units, field units, AF and DOD test agencies to identify system capabilities and limitations on RPA system programs. 

Manager, Cyber Intel Analysis (MSgt) – HQ AFOTEC, Kirtland AFB, New Mexico 

Cyber Intelligence Analyst, assigned to assist the Senior Intelligence Officer of the Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center (AFOTEC), a DAF Direct Reporting Unit responsible to conduct Operational Test & Evaluation (OT&E) of all Air Force, and select Joint, programs.  Defines an operationally-realistic threat environment for acquisitions programs under test.  Reviews test plans, reports and final test procedures, to ensure threats are accounted for and intelligence related test capability shortfalls and/or threat limitations are identified.  Will act as HQ expert on intelligence and threats relating to cyber, and is responsible for briefing Center (MAJCOM-equivalent) leadership on findings. This position supports several geographically separated detachments, having potential for multiple TDYs. As the only cyber intel analyst at HQ AFOTEC, this is a high-visibility position requiring a proactive personality that desires to work mission, and ability to explain threats to other personnel with limited cyber background.  Opportunities for supervisory duties may be limited.  Strong attention to detail, and some knowledge of traditional threats (EW, SAMs, fighters) be highly beneficial. Acts as liaison between AFOTEC and the Intelligence Community at large.
