Chief Master Sergeant Randolph M. Crosslin Jr.

Chief Master Sergeant Randolph M. Crosslin Jr. is the Command Chief, Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center, Kirtland Air Force Base, N.M. As the Command Chief, Chief Crosslin ensures personnel programs are in place to enhance the morale, health, and welfare for more than 640 personnel assigned to headquarters, four major detachments, and 11 operating locations across the nation. In addition to monitoring morale, he articulates the commander’s vision and policies and communicates the concerns of the enlisted force to the commander.  He also advises senior leadership on manpower, personnel, and professional development issues affecting 45 enlisted career fields in support of operational test and evaluation of more than 98 major acquisition programs valued at more than $1 trillion.

Chief Crosslin entered the Air Force in May 1997. He graduated from Crew Chief Technical Training at Sheppard AFB, Texas in September 1997. His background includes duties in Aerospace Maintenance filling a myriad of positions at the squadron, group, and command levels. His assignments include bases in Missouri, Virginia, the United Kingdom, Arizona, North Dakota, Georgia, Florida and New Mexico. His deployment experience includes assignments in Kuwait, Diego Garcia, Guam, Afghanistan, and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia supporting Operation Southern Watch, Operation Iraqi Freedom, Indo-Pacific Command’s Continuous Bomber Presence Mission, Operation Freedom Sentinel, Operation Spartan Shield, and Operation Inherent Resolve. Prior to his current position, Chief Crosslin was the Command Chief, 53rd Wing, Eglin AFB, Fla.
