Final POW/MIA Run Lap
A formation of 5th Annual POW/MIA 24-Hour Vigil Runners from Kirtland AFB, N.M., led by Maj. Gen. Stephen T. Sargeant, Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center Commander (front middle) and Col. Matthew Bartlett, AFOTEC Vice Commander (front left), carry the POW/MIA flag from Kirtland's Hardin Field along a 1.5 mile course at the culmination of the run to deliver the flag to the off-base New Mexico Veterans Memorial on Sept. 21 for the combined POW/MIA Recognition Day ceremony sponsored by the Kirtland and Albuquerque communities.
